This service includes the following: - Initial meeting which will help the homeowners identify goals for their property - Market analysis and comparison between short term rental, long term rental and sale - Customized report helping you make the most of your investment property including staging recommendations based on the selected option (ie. rental or sale). Report will be delivered a maximum of 2 weeks after the homeowners have made their selection.
