RETURNS
We do our best to get your good(s) to you safely, but if they arrive damaged or are defective in any way, let us know via email at yorabode@gmail.com. We will happily offer a replacement or full refund for the value of the item(s) affected. Otherwise, once your order is placed all items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or cancelled.
EVENTS
The tickets to events we host are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend our workshop, please give us as much notice as possible. If the workshop is sold out, and we find someone to fill your spot, we can issue a refund. Tickets are not transferrable to another workshop, but another person can attend instead of you. If we have to cancel the workshop due to low registration, weather, public health recommendations etc. we will provide a full refund.
SHIPPING AND DROP-OFF
We do our best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Yorabode is run by a very small team. We will pack orders as soon as they are ready, and plan to ship them out that same day. If there is a high volume of orders, or a holiday, we may not make it to the post office until the following day.
