RETURNS

We do our best to get your good(s) to you safely, but if they arrive damaged or are defective in any way, let us know via email at yorabodestudio@gmail.com. We will happily offer a replacement or full refund for the value of the item(s) affected. Otherwise, once your order is placed all items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or cancelled. 

EVENTS

The tickets to events we host are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend our workshop, please give us as much notice as possible. If the workshop is sold out, and we find someone to fill your spot, we can issue a refund. Tickets are not transferrable to another workshop, but another person can attend instead of you. If we have to cancel the workshop due to low registration, weather, public health recommendations etc. we will provide a full refund.

RECYCLING

We do our best to reduce waste by creating efficient processes and options for you to help us along the way. If you're interested in joining us in this, you can get your Yorabode glass vessels back to us. Option 1—bring them to Johnny Ruth (183 Water St., St. John's) or option 2—drop them in your mailbox or on your stoop when we're doing a drop-off, just make sure to let us know they're there. We'll reuse all the glass vessels we collect, and you'll get $1 off whatever you buy next. It's not necessary, but would be appreciated if you clean them out with soap and water first. We're currently not accepting the aluminum travel tin vessels, but they can be recycled at home, or reused for bits and bobs. We'd love to hear about how you reuse your vessels! 

SHIPPING AND DROP-OFF

We do our best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible, but Yorabode is run by a very small team. We pack orders every Monday, and usually ship them out that same day. For example if you order on Friday, your goods will leave our studio on Monday. If you order on Monday afternoon, your goods won't leave our studio until the following week. If there is a high volume of orders, or a holiday, we may not make it to the post office until the following day. We do local drop-offs every other week, you'll see the date for the next drop-off when you select that option.
