Renovation Consultation | $165 • 1 hour consultation with Emily Campbell (M.Arch, BEDS) • Personalized action plan (pdf) ‣ Clearly defines goals and ballpark budget ‣ Recommendations with visuals Visualizing a renovation can be tough—knowing the fundamentals, developing a budget or determining where to start. Common questions are: DIY or contractor? How to hire a professional? What are the rules and regulations? How can the space reflect my lifestyle? Yorabode is here to help. Trained in architecture with 10+ years experience working in architecture, design and property management, Emily Campbell will work with you to define your vision, find resources, bring the pieces together and help you make sense of it all. Follow up sessions can be held in person $90/hr or digitally for $45/half hour. Prices do not include HST.
